OBESITY: A LOOK BACK AT THE HEALTH WALK IN PARC MONCEAU

Posted on 07/23/2018

On Saturday 21 July, the members of our discussion group met at the Parc Monceau in the company of our physiotherapist and dietician.

The programme for this WORKSHOP focused on RESUMING SPORT after an operation:

  • a walk in the park
  • explanations from the physiotherapist: breathing methods, gestures to avoid pain, etc.
  • muscular exercises to learn how to build muscle without injuring yourself
  • questions and answers between patients, the physiotherapist and the dietician.

This workshop gave 10 participants, both patients being treated in preparation for surgery and those who have already undergone obesity surgery, the opportunity to talk to our professionals in a leafy setting.

See you in September for another session!
