Admission

You will be asked to supply the following :
A deposit for expenses not covered by Health Insurance (private room, telephone, daily lump sum, guest meals…).

This will be reimbursed once your records have been fully completed (insurance cover and settlement of costs not covered by this).

For minors, the father, mother or legal guardian must sign an authorisation to operate.

Medical documents :

• blood group card,
• X-rays and test results,
• list of medicines that you take (personal treatment),
• health book.

Personal items :

• pyjamas or nightshirt, dressing gown, oversocks,
• toiletries.

Valuables :
You are advised by the clinic management not to bring valuable items with you to the clinic. The management can only be held responsible for valuable items which are put into the safe against a receipt.

Fees :
Practitioners will communicate their fees to you directly. In no event does the clinic play a part in the fixing and recovery of practitioners' fees.
