Required documents

The Parc Monceau International Clinic is an establishment benefiting from a contract with the Agence Régionale d'Hospitalisation d'Ile de France. If you have come for a timetabled operation, you will be received at the admissions reception between 3:00 pm and 5pm.

Remember to bring the following with you :

• Administrative documents
• Your valid Sécurité Sociale card (GB: NHS equivalent).

Should the validity date not cover the duration of your stay, you should provide one of the following documents :

• The pre-admission treatment authorisation form released by the secretariat and signed by your Sécurité Sociale centre.
• Your 3 most recent payslips.
• Confirmation of unemployment if you are unemployed.
• Papers released by your employer for accidents at work.

Failure to supply one of the above documents will result in our requesting the full advance of your care costs at the time of your admission.
