HAEMODIALYSIS UNIT

This unit was first opened in 1979 to receive and treat patients with chronic kidney disorders in the Île de France area and patients from other areas visiting Paris on holiday.

Thanks to its advanced technical equipment, the unit offers the latest kidney purification techniques, including conventional haemodialysis, haemofiltration and biofiltration, so as to allow patients visiting the centre as well as those having treatment at home or on self-dialysis the opportunity to receive the very best care.

The unit comprises 14 haemodialysis places, of which 2 are mobile training places which work from Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 11pm to fit around patients' personal and work commitments.

Kidney specialists offer round the clock permanent care in the unit.

SELF-DIALYSIS UNIT

This unit was first opened in 1999 and comprises 12 places which work to support the haemodialysis unit. The flexibility of the unit allows patients a higher quality of life and gives them the opportunity to be in control of their treatment.

SPECIALIST CONSULTATIONS

Kidney specialists oversee the following :

• nephrology consultations,
• pre- and post-transplant consultation,
• haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and self-care dialysis follow ups,
• kidney-related emergencies,
• high blood pressure problems.

All dialysis patients who have been treated or are receiving follow up treatment may benefit from the Parc Monceau International Clinic's 24hr specialised platform.
