Anaesthetic consultation

An anaesthetic consultation is compulsory for any operation under anaesthetic.

  • An anaesthetic consultation must be carried out between one month and one week before the operation to ensure the best possible conditions of comfort and safety.
  • If you do not respect this deadline, your operation may be cancelled.
  • The minimum legal period of 48 hours does not allow you to anticipate all the examinations that may be prescribed at the time of the consultation, without which your operation may be cancelled.

  • Your anaesthetic consultation and pre-admission will take place at the same appointment.
