Any administrative or medical documents missing from the pre-admission form must be submitted on the day of admission.

  • If your file is not complete on the day of admission, your operation will be cancelled.
  • Any delay may result in the cancellation of your operation.

OUTPATIENT ADMISSION

On the day of your operation, you must report to the Main Reception Desk at the time of arrival confirmed to you by the department by telephone or text message the day before your operation.

ADMISSION TO FULL HOSPITALISATION

  • Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4pm, depending on the time you are called in.
  • Sundays and public holidays from 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

MEDICAL DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED TO THE CARE SERVICES ON ADMISSION

  • Prescriptions for current treatment and personal treatment.
  • Recent examination results.
  • Recent imaging results.
  • Blood group card.
  • Health record for children.
