ACCOMMODATION

Social security cover is provided in double rooms.

The establishment offers premium and single rooms depending on availability on the day of your admission. The rate is given to you when you are pre-admitted and is displayed in the admissions department. The cost may be partially or fully covered by certain mutual insurance companies.
Wifi access is free for all hospitalised patients. An access code will be given to you on request.

PREMIUM ROOM

Premium rooms are equipped with a recliner, safe, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access and private bathroom.

SINGLE ROOM

Single rooms offer a more comfortable stay while respecting the privacy of your own space for you and your visitors. They are equipped with a recliner, flat-screen TV, telephone, Wi-Fi access and individual bathroom facilities.

ACCOMPANYING

Accompanying persons may be accommodated in single rooms subject to availability of beds on the day of your admission and in compliance with medical indications.
They may order a meal at extra cost.

DOUBLE ROOM

They are all equipped with a recliner and bathroom facilities.

TELEVISION

Access to television, with DTT channels and some satellite channels, is available at an additional cost for double rooms.

PERSONAL EFFECTS TO BRING

Night linen and slippers.
Toiletries.
Towels and flannels except in premium rooms.

MEALS

Meals are served in your room at 8am, 12pm and 6pm. Meals are offered according to the dietary requirements of your condition or as prescribed by your doctor.

A special menu of your choice, vegetarian or kosher, is available on request.
For an additional charge, you can order a snack which will be served between 4pm and 4.30pm. Prices are displayed at admissions and available in the departments.
For reasons of hygiene and traceability, food and drink may not be brought in.

VISITS

Visits by young children or babies are strongly discouraged due to the risk of infection for them and for patients.
Flowers and animals are not permitted in the establishment.
Please respect the peace and quiet of the establishment.
With the patient's agreement, the family and close friends can meet the medical team on request to the Director of Nursing Services.
On request to the nursing staff, you may receive the minister of your choice.

HOSPITALISATION SERVICE

From 12pm to 7.45pm.
They are limited to 2 visitors per room, including in single rooms.

CONTINUOUS CARE UNIT (USC)

From 12.30 to 14.30 and from 17.30 to 19.30.
They are limited to 1 visitor at a time.

DISCHARGE FROM FULL HOSPITALISATION

Scheduled discharges take place up to 11am with the agreement of the practitioner responsible for hospitalisation.

From 9am to 10.30am, the nurse will give you the medical documents you need to complete your discharge formalities.
If your condition requires convalescence, the medical and care teams will organise your transfer.
